Demonstrating Woodcarving at the State Fair

Several of our Club members volunteered their time to sit at the State Fair to demonstrate woodcarving to fair visitors. Our booth was centrally located in Columbia Hall amidst other creative booths and demonstrations. We had a lot of visitors who had questions about our Club and woodcarving in general.

Hopefully our participation in this event will result in new members joining our Club.

Thank you all of you who volunteered to sit in the booth over that past two days. Without your help we would not be able to participate in such events. And a big thank you to Jack Dalton who organized this event and made it happen.
