We had a good meeting Tuesday evening. There was a good turnout and the treats were outstanding. How can you go wrong with ice cream and lemon bars?

Everett Carter demonstrated rounding by having us carve hearts. It was a fun exercise. Thank you Everett.

Jim Boatner conducted the wood draw. Hopefully we'll see many of these pieces of wood carved and back in a future "Show and Tell"

Bob Curtis and Don Fromherz talked about the upcoming Keizer Art Association and Capitol Woodcarvers Shows to take place Feb 27 to April 1 and Apr 4 & 5 respectively. Both these Shows promise to be be good venues to promote our Club and our individual carvers. Our Club members produce excellent works of art deserving of being highlighted in the community and to artists and the public throughout the area. These shows will help provide visibility into what we wood carvers do.

The Show and Tell was conducted by Jack Dalton and Everett Carter. Once again the pieces on display were outstanding.
