Saturday Open Carving

There has been a lot going on at the Saturday open carving sessions. Jim Harris has been helping us with our bird carvings and most of us are making progress. Our most recent effort was a Screech-owl. Don, Cheryl, and Mary completed their owl this week. Don selected an Eastern color scheme for his owl while Cheryl and Mary chose a Western color scheme.

Not everyone chooses to follow along with a project. Attendees carve on whatever they wish. Bob is carving on Cottonwood projects and we often have work going on with caricatures and ornamnets.

If you are interested in attending these sessions please refer to the schedule posted on the Club website. There is a $3.00 fee to cover the cost of the room. Sessions are 9:00AM to 3:00PM typically on the last Saturday of the month.
