Kathie Dalton, the 2018 Club Show Chairperson convened a planning meeting last evening in preparation for our upcoming April 2018 Annual Show.

Items preliminarily discussed included:

• Venue and table availability
• Lunches
• Dinner and auction
• Vendors
• Advertising and publicity
• Volunteers
• Budget
• Other related items

The meeting went well and much was accomplished. Further input is still required so if any members would like to provide ideas and suggestions you are encouraged to contact Kathie.

The 2018 Show is anticipated to be a good one. Start thinking of how you can participate by showing off your carvings, volunteering during the show, or contributing to the planning sessions. The more help and participation we can get the more successful the show will be.
